We regret to inform you that we cannot accept returns for shoes damaged during shipping by the courier. Additionally, we cannot accept returns for shoes that did not fit the customer correctly. We continuously work to ensure the quality of our products, but this does not include responsibility for damage caused by third parties or size discrepancies. We hope you understand our policy and apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Our priority is ensuring your satisfaction with our products. Therefore, we accept returns only in cases of very evident factory defects or if the shoes received are incorrect or do not match your order. We are here to ensure that every customer receives exactly what they ordered and that every product is free of significant defects. If you experience one of these situations, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue as quickly and satisfactorily as possible. We accept returns within 14 days from the order’s delivery date. If 14 days have passed, we regret to inform you that we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Once we have received and inspected the return, we will notify you via email. We will confirm the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of business days.

Incorrect Addresses

If you entered the wrong shipping address during purchase, it could lead to logistical complications that may make it difficult to recover the product and reintegrate it into our order management system.
